How do I sign up for Supertip?
You sign up at supertip.gg using an existing YouTube or X account, agree to the Terms, and then fill out the Add Your Show form with your show name, show tag, show URL, support email, and country. After that, the next step is connecting Stripe so you can actually receive tips.

How do I get paid for the tips I receive?
Supertip pays you through Stripe — you connect a Stripe account on the Payments screen (Settings → Payments) in your Creator Dashboard. Until Stripe is connected and verified, viewers can't send you voice or text tips.

How do I add my Supertip overlay to OBS, Evmux, or Streamyard?
Copy your overlay URL from Settings → Overlay in the Creator Dashboard, then add it as a Browser source in OBS, a Web Source layer in Evmux, or via OBS Virtual Camera in Streamyard. Set the source size to 1920×1080 for each method.

How do I run a poll for my viewers?
From the Creator Dashboard Panel, open the Poll section, select Create Poll, enter your question and options, then toggle the poll from Closed to Open so viewers can vote. You can count votes by number of tips or by dollar amount, and you can hide or show the results on your overlay.

How do I set a fundraising goal on my stream?
Open the Goals section on the Creator Dashboard Panel (or Settings → Goals), select Create Goal, enter a title and a target dollar amount, and select Start to display the goal on your overlay. You can also toggle Show Goal on Tip Pages to display it on your Supertip page.

How do I block spam and offensive content in tips?
Open Moderation from the left side menu of the Creator Dashboard. You can toggle Block Spam Messages on, set filter levels (0–7) per category for Hate, Self-Harm, Sexual Content, and Violence, and create custom Blacklists of words or phrases that get blocked before they reach the payment page.

How do I change what tips cost on my show?
Open Settings in the Creator Dashboard and select the tip type you want to adjust — Text Tips, Voice Tips, or Image Tips. Each tip type has its own enable toggle and minimum dollar amount, so you control whether the tip type is available and the lowest price a viewer can pay for it.

How do I play tips on my stream?
Every tip a viewer sends appears in the Unplayed queue on the Creator Dashboard Panel. Select Unplayed, then select Play next to the tip you want — it launches in the player at the top of the Panel and plays for viewers through your connected overlay. You need an overlay connected with the right layer for that tip type, or the tip won't play.

Can I run more than one show on one Supertip account?
Multiple shows per account are not supported yet — the Your Shows section under My Supertip currently lists your one show, and the Add a New Show option may not let you create additional ones. Support for multiple shows per account is planned for a future release.
